SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want you to be thrilled with your jewelry and we'd love for you to shop with us again!! Here's a little info about us... we are a small, handmade jewelry business based out of Atlanta, GA. We make everything on a made-to-order basis and we generally don't keep a lot of items in stock. You are truly getting a handmade piece. You can expect your jewelry to be shipped within 5 business days via UPS Ground.
We ship all packages using UPS Ground. You get FREE UPS Ground shipping when you spend more than $100.
We know that we aren't perfect and sometime things happen... defective or wrong jewelry gets shipped. Take a look below to get familiar with our shipping and exchange policy.
If your package ends up MISSING, I will do everything I can to help you locate your lost package. However, Throwing Stars Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Again, we highly recommend shipping insurance for your jewelry. Contact Amy Leff at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have special shipping needs or would like additional insurance.
DEFECTIVE JEWELRY (aka: MY BAD)
If you are returning a piece of jewelry because it was defective or we shipped you jewelry that you did not order, Throwing Stars LLC will email you a return shipping label and we will gladly pay the return-shipping costs.
For fine/custom/personalized jewelry orders we will NOT be able to do a refund or exchange. When working with us through the customization process, we communicate often via email or text in order to design something that you truly love. You have the opportunity to be directly involved, therefore we will not be able to do a refund or exchange.

Do to the small nature of our business, exchanges must be made within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise. If you are exchanging your jewelry for another item or for a different size, we will not be able to pay the return shipping costs of the exchanged items. Refunds will not be accepted.
If the item you received was a gift, you will receive a Throwing Stars Jewelry store credit for the merchandise once it is returned.
Please insure and track packages mailed back to Throwing Stars LLC. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. Please retain your original packaging as you can use it to ship it back to us; you are responsible for items if damaged in return transit.
