Each necklace is hand measured, we highly recommend using a tape measure to get the correct length for your comfort. If you don't have a tape measure handy, simply use a shoelace and measure it around your neck to get the desired length. You want to make sure that when you and flex and rotate your neck the shoelace/measuring tape will fit comfortably. We also highly recommend you don't strain your measuring tape.
